What we're looking for

The Fringe Undergrad A&R Research & Analytics Intern will allow the current Fringe A&R team to scale the artist signees by working with our current lead generating processes & working with A&R’s on new lead generation processes. The Fringe A&R Research & Analytics Intern will also assist with the analysis of catalog ownership and statistics for potential signees.

This role is only open to undergraduate students who are able to receive credit for the work experience

Unpaid/Must currently be enrolled in college and able to receive credit

15-24 Hours (3 days a week)

Responsibilities

• Assist the A&R team in identifying and signing new artists across genres of Urban, Pop, Country and EDM/Dance
• Work with Fringe’s various A&R systems and platforms to Identify artists who are strong fits for Fringe
• Work with A&R Team to assist in projects related to Developing and maintaining relationships within the creative community, cultivating a strong network of artists and other creatives
• Analyze artist performance data across all platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, Tik Tok and Instagram

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of relevant internship or full-time work experience, preferably in music or entertainment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) both with internal and external teams
• Meticulous attention to detail and follow through
